3. Do you offer international shipping?

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • UK Orders: Free shipping, 2-5 business days after processing 📦
  • EU Orders: Free shipping, 2-5 business days after processing 📦
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

  • For UK & EU Orders: No additional sales tax or VAT is charged for orders within these regions.
  • For international orders outside the UK and EU, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
